Encoding
We have found that some methods work better than others. We do not use a WinCe format, because this is what boob does, and this is why they can play standard windows movie formats. Instead we use the native Sega video format which explains the compression and great quality of our movies. We may or may not release the details of how the movies are made, and we have STRONG reasons to go either way.  While giving out the instructions would double or tripple the ammount of movies produced, it would probably also cut the quality and workmanship way down. We at DcVcd have wasted COUNTLESS cdr's, hundreds, trying to find the perfect method. it is nothing that can be explained, only learned by testing. NEVER ask us how to encode, as we will not give out details until we feel that the time is right.  Please understand that by doing this, we are protecting the quality of the releases, and helping the end-user.

Future
What the future will hold for DCVCD i cant say. But i will say is that we will continue to make discs smaller, better quality, and more accesible. Motion controls may or may not have been added by the time you read this, but either way we are here to stay and would love to hear from you if you think you can help.
