DCP is no longer. The head of DCP has now
formed a new group known as DMS. Along with the head leaving DCP
almost all members left with him, so DCP RIP! -DCVCDNEWS STAFF

It turns out that the rumor was not true.
ZDDC used controls that were created by another author that work on PC and
DCVCD. They are jus bundeling the controls with there releases is
all.-DCVCDNEWS STAFF

"We have been working for a long time on making
our disks bootable... we made a few advancements, but the public seems to
demand controls. we will give out the self-booting program we have
developed, though its really nothing new, maybe it'll get ppl working. we
now turn our full attention to controls, and you can expect pause/play
very soon, and rw/ff soon to come, but they are more complex." -DCP
August 15 2000
Just to let everyone know, we have fixed the low
sound problems plagueing the previous DCP releases. We have also developed
a new encodeing procedure to boost quality 2 fold. Expect this level of
release from now on.-DCP
August 14 2000
Well today is another victory for DCVCD as a very
informative article about DCVCD was posted on one of the scenes top
websites, www.dcisos.com. We hope this will help to spread the (correct)
word about DCVCD, and to anyone visiting us from www.dcisos.com, thanks
for taking the time to stop by!-DCP
August 12 2000
There are certain sites being publicized that
supposedly contain instructions on how to make your Divx playable on your
Dreamcast. We do not advise following these instructions as it will only
produce many coasters and huge files on your part. Expect a full toolkit
from DCP soon.-DCP
August 11 2000
A lot of people have been saying things along the
lines of DCVCD being a dead format as soon as a VCD boot disc is released.
I would just like to say once again that we are only 1 disc, and provide
people who do not want to spend the time and credits to download a 2 disc
release an appealing alternative.

August 9 2000
I'd like to apologize at this point for the early releases
from DCP, we were slowly refining our methods, and now we have got it down
to a science, so expect releases with the quality of Tekken and Whatever
It Takes from now on.-DCP
